User Data Deletion

EFFECTIVE DATE: JULY 16, 2026

ZONA AI USER DATA DELETION INSTRUCTIONS

You may request deletion of personal information and account data associated with ZONA AI at any time. This process also covers data received through Meta, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, website forms, or other channels connected by the user.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

Email [email protected] with the subject “User Data Deletion Request.”

Send the request from the email address associated with your ZONA AI account, or provide sufficient information for us to verify account ownership.

Include your full name, business name, connected WhatsApp number, and a clear description of the data or account you want deleted.

If the request concerns a Facebook or Meta account, include the relevant Facebook User ID, Business ID, Page ID, or other account information when available.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION

To protect users from unauthorized deletion, we may request additional verification before processing a request. Never send your password, one-time password, authentication code, PIN, full payment-card information, or other login secret by email.

PROCESSING TIME

We will acknowledge a valid request and generally complete deletion within 30 calendar days after identity and request scope have been verified. If additional time is reasonably required because of complexity or legal obligations, we will notify the requester.

INFORMATION WE DELETE

Depending on the verified request, deletion may include the user profile, contact information, AI configuration, knowledge base, product data, conversation history under ZONA AI's control, integration credentials, usage records, and business data stored for the account.

INFORMATION WE MAY RETAIN

Limited information may be retained where required for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records, taxation, legal compliance, or backup recovery. Retained information will be restricted, protected, and deleted when the applicable retention period ends.

THIRD-PARTY DATA

Disconnecting an integration from ZONA AI does not necessarily delete information independently stored by Meta/WhatsApp, AI providers, payment gateways, shipping providers, or other external services. You may need to submit a separate deletion request to those providers under their respective policies.

REMOVING META ACCESS

You may also remove ZONA AI access through your Facebook or Meta account settings under Apps and Websites or Business Integrations. After removing access, you may still contact us to request deletion of information that remains under ZONA AI's control.
