ZONA AI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of ZONA AI, a subscription software service operated by AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK. By visiting our website, creating an account, starting a trial, purchasing a plan, or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

THE SERVICE

ZONA AI helps businesses manage customer conversations, AI Agents, omnichannel inboxes, automations, and business integrations. Features, limits, supported channels, and entitlements depend on the plan selected by the customer.

ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to represent the registered business. Account information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials, connected devices, telephone numbers, and all activity performed through your account.

TRIALS AND SUBSCRIPTIONS

A trial remains available only for the period shown during registration. Paid access begins after successful payment. Prices, message quotas, channels, integrations, support levels, and other benefits follow the plan shown on the pricing or checkout page. Third-party charges, including Meta/WhatsApp messaging, AI model usage, payment processing, shipping, SMS, or external services, may apply separately when disclosed.

PAYMENT, RENEWAL, AND TAXES

Payments are processed by an authorized payment provider. You must maintain valid billing information. Renewal, active periods, failed payments, cancellations, and applicable taxes follow the information presented during checkout and the current plan policy.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You may use the service only for lawful business activities. You must not use ZONA AI for unsolicited spam, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, infringement, discrimination, exploitation, unlawful surveillance, or any activity that violates law or third-party channel policies. You are responsible for having a lawful basis and any consent required to contact customers and process their data.

CUSTOMER CONTENT AND DATA

You retain ownership of business data and content you submit. You grant ZONA AI a limited right to process that content only to deliver, secure, maintain, support, and improve the service. You represent that you have the authority to submit and process the data you provide.

AI OUTPUT

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable in some situations. You must review important output and must not treat the service as a substitute for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for messages, decisions, transactions, and actions taken through your account.

THIRD-PARTY INTEGRATIONS

The service may connect to Meta/WhatsApp, AI providers, payment gateways, shipping services, CRM systems, email, and other external providers. Your use of those integrations is also governed by their terms. ZONA AI does not control third-party availability, policy changes, fees, or outages.

SECURITY AND AVAILABILITY

We maintain reasonable safeguards and work to keep the service available. However, no system is entirely free from maintenance, outages, attacks, network failures, or events beyond reasonable control. Emergency maintenance may be performed to protect customers and the platform.

SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

We may restrict or suspend an account that violates these Terms, creates a security or legal risk, abuses the service, or has overdue payments. Customers may discontinue the service according to the applicable plan process. Obligations that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

ZONA AI software, design, documentation, branding, and service technology remain the property of AZZAM DIGITAL NETWORK or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership of the platform or grant rights beyond the limited right to use the subscribed service.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, ZONA AI is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, loss caused by customer actions, unreviewed AI output, or third-party service failures. Our aggregate liability is reasonably limited to the service fees paid for the relevant subscription period, except where applicable law does not allow such limitation.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect product, security, provider, or legal changes. The latest version and effective date will be posted on this page. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where appropriate.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith before pursuing remedies available under applicable law.
